ebarsatan official campaign portrait

As a long-time local business owner and a former manager of physician relations and medical staff services at The Queen’s Medical Center-West Oʻahu, I understand the real economic and social pressures squeezing our working families, our kūpuna, and our local shops. Having served our community for decades through local civic, faith-based, and cultural organizations, my mission is to make Hawaii affordable, safe, and prosperous for everyone. I am proud to speak both English and Ilocano, allowing me to connect directly with and truly hear the diverse voices of our district. Together, we can build a stronger, more vibrant community. Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to earning your trust and your vote.
